Singapore domestic delivery :  $3.5 SGD 

If the total purchase is $90 SGD or more, free shipping will be provided nationwide (calculated at checkout).

International delivery : market rate to be provided at a Checkout page.

• We use an international shipping platform that will show the real time market price of the oversea delivery and provide a couple of price & time options to you. Shipping price will vary depending on the product type, size, quantity and weight. 

• Custom fees and tax needs to be paid by the buyer at the destination country. The Estimated fee is indicated in the shipping option screen (when check-out) and the delivery company will contact you for the payment. 

• Please note some items might not be available for overseas shipping due to the regulations at the destination country. 

Unless goods are opened from their original packaging and used, you shall report any shortages in, breakages of or defects in the goods to fermata within 7 days of delivery. for a refund or exchange. The package must still be sealed and unused for it to be returnable.

The goods acknowledged by fermata to be defective are returned to fermatta at fermata’s expense. The goods which are returned for reasons other than product defects shall be returned at customer’s expense. 

If the product is opened, we do not accept exchange or return due to hygiene reasons. Instead, we will provide a discount for trying another product.

If you haven’t received an email saying that your package has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to update your shipping address at singapore@hellofermata.com 

Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number for your package and contact number of the delivery company. At this point, you can try to contact the delivery company directly if you would like to change the shipping address.

We accept credit cards, PayPal and some other options listed in the payment page and in the footer.

Please check your inbox for the order confirmation email. Alternatively, if you have logged in to place an order, you can check your order history. 

If you registered a free membership, you can see the order history in My Page.  Only order information for purchases made using the same email address will be accessible within your account prior to membership registration.
