We use an international shipping platform that will show the real time market price of the oversea delivery and provide a couple of price & time options to you. Shipping price will vary depending on the product type, size, quantity and weight.
Custom fees and tax needs to be paid by the buyer at the destination country. The Estimated fee is indicated in the shipping option screen (when check-out) and the delivery company will contact you for the payment.
Please note some items might not be available for overseas shipping due to the regulations at the destination country.
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. If the first attempt to deliver the package fails, you will receive a phone call/SMS notification to your mobile phone by the delivery company.
If you have not received the email within 2-3 days after the date of purchase, please contact us so we can check on your order.
Our team will try to process your order(s) within 2-3 business days of purchase, and for delivery to commence within the next 2-3 business days after the successful processing of your order(s). However, in the case that delivery is delayed, it will be stated on the website listing.
For international shipping, please refer to the shipping option screen at the check-out which shows the estimated duration.
If no one is available to receive the package when it arrives, the delivery company will contact you via phone or SMS with a notification of absence, but packages that are more than 7 days old from the shipping date will automatically be returned.
If the delivery address is incorrect, it will be returned because the address is unknown.

Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number for your package and contact number of the delivery company. At this point, you can try to contact the delivery company directly if you would like to change the shipping address.
Unless goods are opened from their original packaging and used, you shall report any shortages in, breakages of or defects in the goods to fermata within 7 days of delivery. for a refund or exchange. The package must still be sealed and unused for it to be returnable.
The goods acknowledged by fermata to be defective are returned to fermatta at fermata’s expense. The goods which are returned for reasons other than product defects shall be returned at customer’s expense.
If the product is opened, we do not accept exchange or return due to hygiene reasons. Instead, we will provide a discount for trying another product.
