We believe that mothers deserve better. As mothers ourselves, Naomi and Fran from the fermata team are excited to share innovative technologies to empower new mothers!

While becoming a mother is exciting, it can also be overwhelming. We are often given the tools, advice and courses to attend on how to make sure our baby thrives in their first months after birth. But there is little talk about how you can thrive after you give birth.

We are extremely grateful to be joined by postpartum doula, Kathy Rougier from Empowa - a Singapore-based postpartum doula support network to talk about the importance of postpartum and pelvic health and wellness.
