100% organic lactation tea for nursing mothers during postpartum recovery
Breastfeeding your baby can be a journey but it's not without its challenges, whether you are a new parent or an experienced one. One of the main concerns mothers face is whether their baby has sufficient breast milk and if the mother can keep up their supply for a long period of time.
Fennel, nettle and fenugreek seeds are a blend of herbs typically recognized as natural galactogogues - meaning they are marketed to help stimulate breast milk production.
Other ingredients like the sweet and sour raspberry leaves help promote breastfeeding and postpartum uterine recovery, while others help balance women’s hormones, reduce postpartum depression, and fight fatigue.
The blend is characterised by the pleasantly sweet taste of Honey Bush with floral notes of Red Rose. The blend is given colour and life with the bright yellow leaves of Calendula Flowers.

Tackling the taboo:
Breast milk is recommended for a number of reasons, it is nutritious, economic and it strengthens the bond between mother and baby. However, the challenges you hear that come with breastfeeding is true and it requires a lot of effort and patience by mothers.
Every mother experiences breastfeeding differently from the first day, there is not one perfect way and sometimes it might not be instantaneous. It might take a few days, a couple of months or over six months for your body to produce milk and some mothers may experience a lot of issues such as mastitis (blocked ducts), cracked nipples, painful let downs or even low supplies.
Hang in there Mama, you are in for the journey and remember that “fed is best”. Listen to your body, give yourself a break and indulge in self-care with your favourite things whether it’s tea, chocolate or a massage.
